Quality Control

       Taktablo has become the provider of choice for various industries in terms of their electric and electronic needs. The main reason for this success is our emphasis on providing products with the highest quality to our customers. We impose a similar set of requirements on our vendors, whose products are thoroughly checked by going through a strict set of quality control procedures.

       The Quality Control Division closely monitors each phase of the manufacturing process. At the end of each phase, a product should be checked and approved by the QC staff before moving on to the next phase.
The major steps in the QC procedure consist of the following:
• Metalwork: Thickness and form of plates, strength and quality of joints;
• Painting: thickness of paint layers (in the range of 0-1000 microns);
• Electrical: Match with the approved drawings and specifications, quality of   components;
• Protection: Injection test (0-2500 Amps) and shock test (0-3000 volts);
• Safety: Bus bar insulations, ground connection;
• Drawing: preparation and release of as-built drawings.

Before- and After-Sales Services

       Taktablo is very committed to the idea of user-centric design. We actively engage our clients, with due consideration of their knowledge and expertise, in the design process. In addition, we are dedicated to a strong notion of after-sales service, and accompany our products to their point of delivery and use. Upon delivery of the final product, Taktablo provides to the customer a full range of technical and training services that are needed to erect, commission, use, maintain, and repair its products.
